Yin Yoga: Surrender & Stillness
Yin Yoga is a deeply meditative, slow-paced practice where postures are held for 3–5 minutes or more. This quiet approach targets the body’s deeper layers—fascia, joints, ligaments—creating space in both body and mind.

Yoga Nidra

She honours your body exactly as it is, offering modifications and guidance with care and compassion.
Emma also teaches at Barefoot Festival, facilitates immersive retreats, and hosts unique yoga-dance fusion journeys that offer profound healing through movement.
