Even if you’ve never tried anything like this before or you’re not a dancer , I would recommend it.

Emma-Jane Cahill is a sacred space holder, intuitive guide, and embodiment mentor who brings over 30 years of experience in dance, yoga, and movement practices. Her journey has not only been one of professional dedication but of deep personal transformation.

For many years, Emma-Jane balanced a high-pressure corporate job with international travel while running a thriving dance school of over 150 children. From the outside, it looked like success. But inside, she was carrying profound, unspoken grief—and her body was the one holding it all.

At age 11, she experienced the death of her best friend at school—an early encounter with loss that went unprocessed. Later in life, after 24 years of marriage, her divorce reopened that grief, compounded by years of emotional suppression and exhaustion.

Yoga entered her life first as a way to stretch and recover from dance. But what began as physical support soon led her into a deeper spiritual path. She left the dance school she had grown up in since the age of two, trained as a yoga teacher, and opened her own studio. And yet, something still felt missing.

Three years ago, Emma-Jane returned to her first love: dance. This time, not for performance—but for healing, self-expression, and soul connection.

Now, through Sacred Dance Circles, she offers a blend of movement, ritual, and intuitive embodiment to support other women navigating the complexities of life: grief, change, transition, anxiety, burnout, and a longing for deeper connection.

She understands what it’s like to feel disconnected from joy. To push through pain. To wonder what comes next.

And she also knows what it means to come home to your body, your emotions, and your feminine wisdom—with grace, compassion, and movement as the medicine.

Why Sacred Dance?

Sacred Dance Circles are not performance. They are not choreography.
They are spaces of soulful return—where women can move with emotion, express without judgment, and awaken the deeper truths that live within the body.

Emma-Jane guides these circles with warmth, intuition, and grounded presence. Her work invites you to explore the elements—Earth, Air, Fire, and Water—as reflections of your inner landscape, helping you rediscover balance, vitality, and joy.
